Irish-owned operational management solutions provider Xcentuate has signed a strategic alliance with Canadian consulting firm E3Performance, marking its entry into the Canadian market and targeting growth in financial services, insurance and operational processing sectors.

Business Plus reported that the expansion has been supported by Enterprise Ireland, with Xcentuate targeting revenues of €5 million by the end of 2027.

Xcentuate works with global technology partners ActiveOps, Mail Metrics and SS&C Blue Prism to help organisations address challenges such as rising operational costs, increasing service demand, complex regulatory environments and the need to improve productivity without increasing headcount.

The company's Irish partner network clients include Bank of Ireland, AIB and Allianz.

E3Performance brings over 75 years of combined leadership experience across the financial services, human capital management, payroll, HR, and contact centre sectors.

Ray Bowe, CEO of Xcentuate, said: "Having established a strong track record delivering operational transformation for large financial institutions in Ireland, Europe and internationally, Canada represents a natural next step in Xcentuate's international growth strategy."

Bowe added that the alliance with E3Performance provides an opportunity to partner with a firm possessing deep knowledge of the Canadian market and established relationships across key sectors.

Amar Sidhu, CEO at E3Performance, said: "Our new strategic alliance will not only bring additional operational transformation capability to our clients but create the prospects of new business opportunities in a Canadian market and economy with a growing national focus on actively seeking solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency."
