Indian industrial power transmission manufacturer Triveni Power Transmission Limited (TPTL) has selected Salesforce to modernise customer engagement and sales operations as part of its wider digital transformation strategy. The initiative brings customer, sales and service activities onto a unified platform to improve operational visibility, collaboration and business planning.

According to CRN Asia , TPTL will deploy Agentforce Sales and Agentforce Service to centralise customer information, sales activities and service operations. The company said the implementation will provide employees with real-time customer insights, improve opportunity tracking and strengthen business forecasting through an integrated system.

The platform will also consolidate sales, tender and bid management, customer requirements, service priorities and business forecasting into a single digital environment. TPTL expects this to improve execution by giving teams a unified view of customer engagements across the organisation.

Beyond customer-facing activities, the platform will connect interactions with manufacturing, delivery, invoicing and after-sales service. According to the company, linking these functions is intended to provide end-to-end visibility across the value chain while improving coordination between operational and commercial teams.

Tarun Sawhney, director at TPTL, said: “As TPTL enters its next phase of growth, our focus is on building an institution that is globally competitive, operationally resilient and ready to scale with discipline. Digital transformation is a strategic priority in this journey, not only to strengthen systems and governance, but also to create a more agile and insight-led organisation.”

He added that the collaboration with Salesforce reflects the company's commitment to investing in platforms that support long-term competitiveness and sustainable growth.

Rajiv Rajpal, CEO of TPTL, said: “This will help us strengthen relationships, improve business predictability, and deliver a more seamless experience to our customers.” The company said the deployment includes AI-powered analytics to improve demand visibility, identify growth opportunities, anticipate market trends and support more informed decision-making.

Mankiran Chowhan, managing director of Salesforce India, said: “We're excited to partner with Triveni Power as they transform customer experiences and unlock new growth opportunities.”
