UK serviced accommodation specialist Situ has opened a regional office in Singapore under the new entity Situ APAC Pte. Ltd., expanding its global operational footprint into Asia Pacific and establishing a further regional hub in Bangalore to support clients across the region.
Business Travel News Europe reported that the Singapore-based operation is led by client success director Diana Ong, with the launch following the earlier rollout of Situ Americas, which extended the company's corporate housing operations across North, Central, and South America.
The APAC expansion is designed to improve regional coverage, response times, and market expertise for clients with corporate mobility, extended stay, and project accommodation requirements across Asia Pacific markets.
Situ helps businesses find and book accommodation for individual business trips, corporate relocations, and large group projects, offering 24/7 customer support, flexible commercial models, and dedicated account management across established and emerging markets.
The company's global expansion strategy has also included a partnership with UK-based TMC network Advantage Travel Partnership, which now provides Advantage members with direct access to Situ's services, reflecting growing demand for extended stay solutions within corporate travel programmes.
Phil Stapleton, founder and CEO of Situ, has stated that the company has built a strong reputation for delivering flexible, high-touch serviced accommodation solutions across global markets, and that its regional expansion model strengthens its ability to guide clients through complex housing decisions with confidence and on-the-ground expertise.
The APAC launch positions Situ to serve the growing number of organisations managing cross-border workforce mobility, relocations, and project deployments across the Asia Pacific region.
