Looking back at the operational excellence earlier this year, ResultsCX Ireland has been awarded Operations Team of the Year at the Operational Excellence Awards 2025, a recognition of its remarkable performance, strong client partnerships, and unwavering commitment to quality.

The team’s success is reflected in its extraordinary growth with a key client in 2024, driven by operational efficiency, innovation, and a deep focus on relationship-building. Their submission highlighted a culture of continuous improvement supported by robust systems, advanced analytics, and an empowered workforce.

“The ResultsCX Ireland team truly set the bar for exceptional collaboration, seamlessly blending a sharp focus on quality measures and staff development,” the judging panel noted. 

“Their outstanding growth achieving 151% of revenue targets while maintaining low attrition demonstrated their operational excellence. By integrating Salesforce and PowerBI and fostering a strong coaching culture, the team proved that rapid expansion does not need to compromise service quality or company culture,” they added.
