NWN, a top provider of AI-powered technology solutions in North America, has named Mike Qualley as Chief Operating Officer. Qualley will oversee company-wide operations to drive operational excellence while scaling NWN’s platform for more than 6,000 clients across public and private sectors.

The appointment comes amid continued growth in 2025, including the launch of AiVA intelligent assistants, the Managed DEX programme, and a five-year partnership with the Kraft Group as Official Technology Infrastructure Partner.

NWN also acquired InterVision Systems to expand its cloud, cybersecurity, and AI capabilities nationwide, solidifying its position as a strategic partner for OEMs including Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, HPE/Juniper, AWS, HP, and ServiceNow. The company’s offerings target the $2 trillion (€ 1.73 trillion) global IT spend focused on AI services adoption through its patented Experience Management Platform (EMP).

Qualley brings over 25 years of technology operations and services experience. He previously served as COO at Stealth Monitoring and EVP of Data, Digital & Security at Sirius Computer Solutions (CDW), leading Technology Solutions and Solutions Operations teams. He also held senior roles at Forsythe Solutions Group, ABN AMRO North America, and Commerx Inc., contributing to scaling operations and delivering complex services.

In his new role, Qualley will manage NWN’s advanced business systems, warehouse and logistics operations, supply chain management, and sales order fulfilment. He will also spearhead AI-driven analytics initiatives to improve quality standards, Net Promoter Scores, timely delivery, partner enablement, and service profitability.

His focus is unifying systems, accelerating time-to-value, and optimising operational efficiency as customers adopt EMP-powered, AI-driven solutions across cloud, customer experience, cybersecurity, and the modern workplace.
