Irish cloud ERP and financial management software specialist The Noledge Group has acquired Tramore-based Pimbrook, a Waterford-headquartered provider of Sage accounting and payroll software, in a move that will nearly double group revenues from €5.7 million in 2025 to €10 million by the end of 2026.
Irish Tech News reported that Pimbrook's 14 employees, including managing director Stephanie Davies and operations director Tom Shields, will join the Noledge team, bringing total group headcount to 67. The business will retain the Pimbrook name and continue to operate as a standalone company.
Founded more than 20 years ago, Pimbrook serves 1,750 SME customers across Ireland and the UK in sectors including manufacturing, construction, and healthcare, providing Sage accounting and payroll software and related services.
The acquisition establishes Noledge's fourth office, extending its regional footprint beyond Dublin, Belfast, and Newcastle, and strengthening the group's ability to serve smaller customers alongside medium and large enterprises.
The Noledge Group now serves more than 2,000 customers across Ireland and the UK, incorporating Envisage, a leading Sage partner, and OSSM, a NetSuite solution provider alongside the newly acquired Pimbrook.
Ray Ryan, CEO of The Noledge Group, said: "The synergy between our two companies and the alignment in our expertise makes this acquisition a natural fit. It represents a significant growth opportunity for Noledge and our expected revenue increase reflects the strength of the combined businesses."
Ryan added that the group recognises the advantages of regional investment and plans to tap into Pimbrook's presence in the South East to continue growing the business outside of Dublin.
