Ekco, a leading European security-first managed service provider, has launched a new headquarters in Dublin’s Grand Canal Dock, featuring a state-of-the-art Security Operations Centre (SOC).
The move aligns with the company’s target of exceeding €100 million in Irish revenues and €200 million globally by the end of 2025.
The SOC, Ekco’s third globally, builds on facilities in the UK and Malaysia. It integrates advanced threat detection with expert analysis, enabling faster responses to evolving cyber risks.
Automated actions can isolate affected devices without manual intervention, reducing downtime and enhancing operational efficiency. Incident response capabilities have grown, with threat responses increasing by over 200% in the past six months.
The new HQ consolidates Ekco’s approximately 500 employees in Ireland, following seven strategic acquisitions over the last two years. The centralised hub facilitates collaboration across teams, streamlines service delivery, and expands capacity to support new customers. The company plans to grow its Irish client base by 15% in 2026, covering sectors including public, finance, legal, and professional services.
Ekco is also pursuing international expansion in the UK, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the U.S., reinforcing its operational excellence framework globally.
Steve MacNicholas, CEO Ireland, Ekco, said: “The opening of our new Dublin headquarters signifies our commitment to safeguarding businesses and driving consistent growth for Ekco in Ireland. We are on an exciting acquisition path, supplemented by planned organic growth, and this new hub will provide a central location for employees to collaborate.”
He added that the third SOC allows Ekco to meet growing cybersecurity demand and provide enhanced support to keep businesses ahead of evolving threats.
