Deloitte and Dublin-based intelligent workflow technology company Tines have announced a collaboration to help enterprise clients successfully integrate AI and automation into their cybersecurity and IT operations, as reported by Deloitte Ireland.
Under the collaboration, Deloitte will provide business context and security technology implementation expertise, while Tines will supply its intelligent workflow platform, which gives teams a secure way to combine automation, AI agents, and integration across tools, teams, and systems.
Thomas Kinsella, co-founder and CCO at Tines, said: "Every company is racing to adopt AI and automation, but most are discovering that it's a lot harder than it looks. They are investing in new technology but are not always seeing a return. Tines helps bring their whole technology stack together and automate repetitive tasks to drive productivity and efficiency, freeing up time to spend on important work. By working closely with Deloitte and its global network, we can reach more organisations and help them build intelligent workflows into their business. Deloitte are experts in business transformation and we're excited to partner with them to help customers maximise the value they get from their technology stack."
Colm McDonnell, cyber and digital trust and privacy partner at Deloitte Ireland, said: "Our clients want to free up their people to do more meaningful work through the use of AI, and a key step on that journey is the automation of repetitive tasks in all functions of their business. Tines' groundbreaking solution supports clients on this journey, and our new collaboration now means we can make their expertise available to more of our clients."
The partnership addresses a gap that enterprise organisations increasingly encounter: while AI adoption is rising, translation from pilot to operational deployment remains inconsistent. Worker access to AI rose by 50% in 2025, according to a Deloitte survey, yet only 34% of companies are using AI to fundamentally reimagine their operations. The same research found that the share of companies with 40% or more of AI projects in production was set to more than double within three to six months of the survey.
Companies including Reddit, SAP, and Pinterest have already used the Tines platform to automate repetitive workflow elements, blending agentic AI, rules-based automations, and human-in-the-loop processes.
