This award recognises the Operations Team that can demonstrate extraordinary teamwork and show examples of how they went the extra mile to deliver their objectives. If you think your team has something to shout about, then tell our judges about it and you might just pick up a much-deserved award for your operational excellence.
Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.
- Team Background: Please outline the members of the team, including definition of roles, skills and expertise, academic and professional qualification of staff members, allocation of tasks and how the team communicated.
- Teamwork: Outline any challenges faced and how the team demonstrated collaboration, creativity, and flexibility to overcome them.
- Team Skills: Outline the key skills and expertise within your team.
- Initiatives: Summarise the OpEx initiatives the team have undertaken over the past 12 months including the objectives, budgets and results achieved.
- Contributions and Achievements: Describe the contributions and the impact of the team on your organisation in this period including innovations introduced, outstanding achievements and benefits of the work carried out.
- Supporting facts & statements: Include any other facts or statements that you feel are relevant to support your entry.
