This award celebrates organisations that have successfully integrated artificial intelligence into a broader digital transformation strategy to drive innovation, operational excellence, and measurable business success. It recognises projects that seamlessly blend digital tools and AI technologies to create transformative solutions. Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

  • Organisational Background: Briefly outline your organisation's size, nature, and core business focus.
  • Strategic Objectives: Describe the goals of the digital transformation and AI initiative and its alignment with overall business objectives.
  • AI Implementation: Detail the AI technologies applied and their specific use cases (e.g., predictive analytics, process optimization, customer experience).
  • Execution: Highlight key milestones, technologies adopted, and innovative approaches used during the strategy's implementation.
  • Challenges Overcome: Explain obstacles faced during the project and how they were addressed.
  • Measured Outcomes: Provide data showcasing the initiative's impact, such as cost savings, efficiency gains, or customer satisfaction improvements.
  • Future Plans: Outline your future targets and plans for advancing AI and Digital Transformation. Describe how you will build on current successes and address challenges.
